We will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not a reality. We will never enter into a client relationship when we know that what they expect cannot be achieved in good faith. We acknowledge that periodically we may lose business because we are truthful to our clients and sometimes our competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. In the long run we know that our honesty will prevail.
