My husband and I recently used the services of Norm and Teri Lynn Hilson.

From the very first meeting, Norm and Teri Lynn were very professional.  I was very impressed with the preparedness of the duo in comparison to other realtors I had used.  They made suggestions on how our home could be shown better and I believe their ideas were very good as our home sold conditionally to the very first clients through on the very first night it was on the market.  Our house had particularly structural changes that made our house only appealing to a certain kind of client, but Norm and Teri Lynn did not seem phased by this and made the sale exceptionally quick.

Norm and Teri Lynn also took a lot of time to show us many homes as we were not exactly sure what we wanted.  Their patience made the entire process much less stressful. 

We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Hello Norm and Teri Lynn,

I just wanted to pass along our thanks from my wife and I to the two of

you, for all your extremely hard work in finding our new home. Both of

you did an amazing job of working around our difficult requests for

showings as we were living out of town at the time and my shift work

added to the complications. But whenever we need to see a place you

were always available. And it wasn't just for the showing either, you

also quickly answered any and all of our questions. You also read our

tastes very quickly, and started showing us houses that we didn't even

think to look at, but ended up being the ones we were most interested

in. Again, me and Tanya can't thank you enough for making this whole

process of looking for a home in another town as painless and effortless

as you both did, I can see where a married couple working together is a

real asset for both you. We will make sure to recommend you to all of

our friends that are looking in the area and we will have to have you

over for a BBQ at our new home once we are settled in as a thank you.
